Papers that laminated with EVA FILM
The Last topic we talked is The Parameters of EVA Film for Laminated Glass(1),
Today we are going to talk about the Papers that laminated with EVA FILM and glasses.
The variety of the papers really makes our life colorful and optional.
And here are they:
1. PVC
It’s hard and water-proof. The surface of the PVC is smooth. But the adhesion of laminating it with EVA FILM and glasses is the worst. But some EVA FILM manufacturers have been trying to improve it and some progress has been made.
2. PP Papers
It’s less hard and more frangible, easy to have crease. It has water-proof somehow. But thee PP-Waterproof was invented to make up for the disadvantages, which are hander and good water proof.
And the adhesion of laminating with EVA FILM is good.
3. PET Film
PET film are various and good waterproof. PET film is often used to make single piece laminated glass. You can print on the PET FILM
It’s not easy to scrape and often used for the bottom plates to save one piece of glass.
Notes: PET films are not adhesive; you need to use EVA FILM to laminate it with glass.
